What Agency Plans at Rankin AI Are

The Agency Plan at Rankin AI is a separate plan system built specifically to run AI visibility as a service across multiple clients. It offers way more flexibility and control than individual plans.

Credit System & Shared Credit Pool to Track AI Visibility

Instead of buying an individual plan with a fixed monthly prompt execution capacity, an agency plan gives you more freedom across all client brands you manage. For agency plans, you can use your credits on prompts, splitting them between all your Brand projects and Pitch projects (more on Pitch projects below), however you want. For each project, you can also configure tracking frequency daily and weekly (new agency-specific feature), and which AI providers to run.

The credit formula at Rankin AI is: 1 prompt × 1 execution × 1 AI provider = 1 credit.

Since the pool is shared, you decide where the credits go each month, putting more toward more prompts and AI providers, along with higher tracking frequency to active clients and less toward those that are quieter.

Pitch Projects, For Winning New Clients (New Feature)

Agency Plans also include a new project type built for sales.

A Pitch Project is a temporary, 7-day AI visibility snapshot for a prospect you're pitching, separate from an ongoing Brand Project (the standard, indefinite setup for a client you already manage). Set one up with a prospect's domain, and it runs daily for 7 days off your credit pool before archiving automatically, clearly marked so nobody mistakes it for a full client account.

Every tier includes active Pitch Projects (see the table above), each able to track up to 25 to 75 prompts depending on your tier. Instead of pitching with a generic deck, now you can walk in with a prospect's own real AI visibility data.

Team Seats Built In (New Feature)

Agency Plans (as well as some Individual Plans → see plan's limits here) include seats for your team, so the people working on client accounts can be added directly instead of sharing one login. You can add Admins that will have access to use and manage the tool, along with workspace Members (view, filter, export data for assigned brands) and Guests (view and filter data only for assigned brands).

How The Agency Plans Differ From Our Individual Plans

An individual plan ‒ Scout, Ranger (new plan), Pathfinder, Nexus, or Cognito ‒ supports more than one brand on the higher tiers. Scout and Ranger are capped at 1, Pathfinder allows 2, and Nexus allows up to 5. But on every individual tier, whatever brands you have all run on the same fixed schedule set by your plan (once a week on Scout, once a day on every paid individual tier), with no way to run one brand more often than another.

Agency plans work differently by design. Every client brand gets its own setup: how many prompts, which of the five AI providers, and how often it checks, all drawn from your shared credit pool rather than a fixed monthly quota. An active client can run daily across all five providers, while a quieter one runs weekly on two, without needing a bigger plan just to get that flexibility. Agency plans also raise the brand ceiling well past Nexus's 5, starting at 10 on Waypoint and going unlimited on Meridian.
