(Refund) Policy

1. Money-back Guarantee

If you purchased a paid plan directly from RankinAI.io, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase by contacting support@rankinai.io, provided:

  • Individual plans (Ranger, Pathfinder, Nexus): you have used less than 30% of the plan's monthly limits on configured Prompts, Site Audits, Searches, and Content Generations.
  • Agency plans (Waypoint, Atlas, Cartograph, Meridian): you have used less than 10% of your monthly credit pool.
  • The refund applies to your first billing cycle only.
  • Cognito custom plans are not covered by this guarantee; refund terms are set in the individual contract.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

2. General Refund Policy

Fees are generally non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless otherwise stated or required by law. One-time payments are not eligible for refunds, including add-ons, upgrades, credits, and bonus products.

3. Country-specific Refund Rights

US residents: You may cancel before midnight of the third business day after purchase for a full refund, if state laws permit.

 

EU residents: You may withdraw from digital content/services agreements within 14 days of purchase, unless immediate delivery was consented to and right of withdrawal lost. Refunds for defective or misdescribed content/services may be granted per local consumer protection rules.

 

Canadian residents: Refunds for digital products/services are provided according to consumer protection laws, including mandatory cooling-off periods.

 

Australian residents: Entitled to remedies under the Australian Consumer Law, including refunds for faulty, misdescribed, or statutorily non-compliant services. Otherwise, refunds are subject to this Policy and applicable law.

4. How to Request a Refund

Email support@rankinai.io with your order details and any relevant proof of usage. Refunds will be reviewed and processed in accordance with our Terms of Service and applicable local legislation.
