These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the RankinAI website, platform, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). The Service is operated by Rank in AI LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY doing business as RankinAI ("RankinAI," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page or otherwise communicated to you. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
For the purposes of these Terms:
"Platform" or "Service" means the RankinAI web-based software, including any tools for AI visibility, brand analysis, GEO/LLM search insights, reporting, dashboards, integrations, and related features.
"Account" means your registered user profile and associated credentials.
"User Content" means content you submit to the Service, which may include text, URLs, brand assets, documents, prompts, datasets, or other information you upload or input for analysis.
"Personal Data" and "Technical Data" have the meanings described in our Privacy Policy.
"Subscription" means a paid plan or other commercial access to the Service, where applicable.
By creating an Account, you represent that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) or are using the Service with appropriate parental or guardian consent where permitted by law. You also represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement and that you will not use the Service for unlawful purposes.
During registration, you may be required to provide a name, a valid email address, and a password, and to confirm acceptance of these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You may also optionally provide profile details such as a company/organization and role. We may request additional information to verify your identity or comply with legal obligations.
You are responsible for maintaining accurate Account information, keeping your password confidential, and promptly notifying us of any unauthorized access. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized use of your Account where you failed to safeguard your credentials.
We may accept or reject Account registrations at our discretion, including limiting the number of Accounts per person or requiring email verification before activation.
Your password must be at least 8 characters and should include a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, and numbers. You agree not to share your password and to use a strong, unique password for the Service.
To help maintain your authenticated session, the Platform may use encrypted authentication tokens stored on your device. Tokens allow you to stay logged in without re-entering your password and may expire after a defined period of inactivity or time. You should log out of shared devices and avoid using insecure networks for sensitive access. If multi-factor authentication is available, you are encouraged to enable it.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe others' rights or interfere with the operation of the Service. You must not engage in unauthorized access, introduce malware, attempt reverse engineering, exploit rate limits, scrape the Service without permission, or use automated tools in a way that disrupts or harms the Platform.
You also agree not to upload illegal content, content that infringes intellectual property rights, or content that includes private information of others without consent. We may remove content that violates these Terms or suspend or terminate Accounts as described below.
You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting User Content to the Platform, you grant RankinAI a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, and display such content solely to provide and improve the Service, maintain security, create backups, and ensure technical compatibility.
We do not claim ownership of your User Content, and we do not sell your User Content to third parties. We may use aggregated or anonymized data derived from use of the Service for analytics, benchmarking, and product improvement, provided it does not identify you.
We store Personal Data and User Content on secure systems while your Account is active. You may be able to access, export, or delete certain data through your Account settings, subject to the Service's functionality and legal requirements.
Upon Account deletion, we will delete or de-identify your Personal Data and User Content within 90 days, and purge backups within 90 days, unless longer retention is required by law, court order, or for legitimate security and fraud-prevention purposes.
We use reasonable administrative, organizational, and technical safeguards, including encryption in transit and at rest where appropriate, access controls, and monitoring. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection against all threats.
The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services (for example, analytics tools, payment processors, or login providers). Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms and policies. RankinAI is not responsible for third-party content or practices.
The Service, including its software, design, interface, trademarks, and underlying technology, is owned by RankinAI or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your internal business or personal purposes.
You must not copy, distribute, resell, or create derivative works based on the Service, except as permitted by law or by written agreement with RankinAI.
Some features may require a paid Subscription. Pricing, plan limits, and billing terms will be presented at purchase or within the Platform. Unless stated otherwise, Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You authorize us and our payment processors to charge your payment method according to your chosen plan.

You may stop using the Service and delete your Account at any time through Account settings.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in illegal or harmful activity, attempted to compromise platform security, or if your Account has been inactive for 2 years. In many cases, we will attempt to notify you and provide a reasonable opportunity to retrieve your data before deletion, except where immediate action is required for security, legal, or risk reasons.
Upon termination, your right to access the Service ends, and any licenses granted to you under these Terms cease.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RANKINAI DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND QUIET ENJOYMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that insights, reports, or analytics will meet all expectations or be suitable for any specific decision-making context.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RANKINAI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, OR DATA.
Our total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to RankinAI in the six months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, unless applicable law requires otherwise. This limitation does not apply to liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or willful misconduct, or where limitation is prohibited by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RankinAI, its affiliates, and their officers, employees, and agents from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of third-party rights through your User Content.
We may use cookies and similar technologies to maintain sessions, remember preferences, secure accounts, and analyze usage. Some analytics tools may be provided by third parties. You can manage cookie settings in your browser, but disabling essential cookies may limit functionality. More details are provided in our Privacy Policy and any Cookie Policy we maintain.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict of law rules.
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to attempt good-faith resolution by sending a written notice to support@rankinai.io and allowing at least 30 days for informal resolution. If you are located in the EU/EEA/UK, mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction may apply.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other referenced policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and RankinAI regarding the Service and supersede prior agreements or understandings.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.
