Rankin AI New Release August 2026 - White Laber Report

If you report AI visibility to clients, the report is part of the deliverable. It gets forwarded. It gets dropped into a slide deck. It gets pulled up in a renewal call. And until now, every one of those PDFs left your workspace with default Rankin AI branding. Our new feature, White-Label Reports, fixes that. You set your branding once, and every PDF report you generate carries it.

What you can set

Everything lives in Settings > White Label, and it applies at the workspace level:

  • Agency logo. Used in the report header, cover page, and footer.
  • Agency name. Appears on the cover, header, and footer.
  • Agency website. Shown alongside your name on the cover and footer.
  • Primary brand color. Drives the cover band, section accents, and metric headers.
  • Custom footer note. A tagline, a contact line, whatever you want on the record.
  • "Powered by Rankin AI" attribution. A small line on the cover page, above the footer. Toggle it on or off.
Settings >White-Label - Customize your AI visibility reports

The style applies to every PDF report

This is not a per-report setting you have to remember. Once saved, your branding applies to all reports generated in that workspace, across every report type and every reporting period. Cover page, running header, footer, accent colors. Generate a 7-day snapshot for one client and a monthly deep dive for another, and both come out consistent.

If you manage multiple client workspaces, each one carries its own White Label configuration, so a report never goes out with the wrong branding on it.

Availability

White-Label Reports are available on Nexus and all Agency plans.

Set it up in Settings > White Label. It takes about a minute, and the next report you export is already yours.

Put your brand on your next report

Set your logo, agency name, website, and brand color once in Settings > White Label. Every PDF you generate after that goes out looking like yours.
